Fisher-Price Dora the Explorer Window Surpise Dollhouse

My daughter loves her Dora house. We received it for Christmas when she was 2 1/2 and she still plays with it. She has 4 of the furniture sets and loves to arrange the furniture, Dora, Diego, the animals and Boots. My one complaint is that the furniture pieces are rather large for the "floor space" of the house and they keep falling off/out while my daughter plays with it.

My daughter received this dollhouse for her birthday from a family friend. I was disappointed to open the box and see that besides the dollhouse, only a small Dora doll and small plastic couch were included. It doesn't hold my kids' interest for long (ages 1 & 3 1/2). As you might imagine, the most interesting part of the house would be the moving seasons/time of day panels and lamp/fireplace that light up and because that's the most interesting thing, the batteries get used up quickly. Otherwise, without the extra furniture and accessories, there's really not much to do. FP really missed with this one. For the price, the additional furniture and other items should be included. I would not recommend this product unless your child is Dora's #1 fan.

This is a great doll house for my toddler girl. She loves Dora! There is virtually no assembly required. All you have to do after pulling the house out of the box is apply the stickers. My daughter enjoys changing the window scenes and listening to Dora talk. I love the English and Spanish dialog. The only way this could have been a better purchase is if it came with more furniture.

What some reviewers said was certainly true for me. I bought this for my daughter and thought it was a tad expensive, but she loves Dora, so I went for it. I litterally had it out of the box for 10 minutes when the window in back malfunctioned. What a piece of junk! Don't buy it! I took it back and didn't bother trying another.

My oldest will be three in April and wanted this for Christmas so Santa bought it, only for us to find in our area it is impossible to find the accessories so all she had to play with is Dora and a couch. What waste of money- all she says is "where is Boots?" then walks away.
