Fisher-Price - Rainforest Collection Bundle

Overall, this is a great product! I love that it has a swing away mobile, making it easier to put the baby in and out of the seat and an A/C adapter!!!It is colorful and the sounds are great. The only problem preventing me from giving it a 5 star is that it was difficult to put together. My husband ended up having to enlarge one of the holes for the snap tight fittings as it did not line up.

I have two kids,and no other swing comes close to this one,the fact that you can plug it in is wonderful,mobile is adorable,vibrates and swings great,music is cute,we have other items in rainforest collection and love them all,the price is perfect,really easy to put together,my five year old helped my husband and they did it in 30mins,our son loves it,glad we bought it.

The swing has a lot of great features. The fact that it plugs into the wall is probably my favorite. Andy daughter is just about three months old and she loves the bright colors of the mobile. Also the sounds are very relaxing. I even find myself napping to the music sometimes. The motor of the swing is also pretty quiet which is great. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it takes up a lot of space. It may have to be designed that way for ergonomic reasons. The baby loves it though and all of the sounds too. It was a great value for a plug in swing, not having to buy batteries is a big plus.

This product was to be a Christmas present for our grandchild. When it was opened a key part was missing. When Fisher Price was called, they obviously could care less and only offered a refund. They would not send the missing part, or exchange the item for a new one. I have always trusted fisher price products, but I will never buy anything from them again. On the other hand, our local Walmart store was very helpful, and offered to exchange the item for a comparable product. We are very pleased with Walmart's Customer service, and frankly very unhappy with how Fisher Price dealt with us. Thanks Walmart.
