Fisher Price - Sounds & Lights Monitor

This is a great product for Deaf parents to use because the light flasher's intensity ranges from dim to very bright.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL MONITOR! WORKS GREAT AND SOUNDS GREAT AND LIGHTS UP AS IT INDICATES IT WILL WHEN IT PICKS UP SOUNDS! I LOVE IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BABY MONTIOR! IT WAS ALSO VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE WAY IT WORKS.

I bought this monitor a couple months ago and it worked great for about 2 months. Recently it beeps continuously and won't pick up a signal. My daughter's room is upstaris and ours is downstairs, so now I have to go buy a new monitor or listen to constant beeping at night in hopes that it will work once in a while so I can actually hear my daughter if she needs me. Don't waste your money on this one.

This monitor is sensitive to all types of interference rendering it useless. If a cell phone is within the line of sight between the transmitter and receiver, the receiver goes nuts. Other, not yet identified events, will make the receiver respond as well. Mom isn't getting sleep with this thing. We would return it if we still had the packaging ..

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED THIS MONITOR WHEN I WAS PREGNANT IN NOVEMBER AND JUST RECENTLY STARTED ATTEMPTING TO USE IT. IF I STILL HAD THE BOX OR RECEIPT I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT BY NOW. IT BEEPS WHENEVER YOU TOUCH IT OR GO NEAR IT AND I CAN'T EVEN HEAR MY BABY CRYING NO MATTER THE FREQUENCY OR HOW CLOSE I HAVE THE MONITOR TO ME.
