This toy is supposed to encourage tummy play and has several things for baby to do while on his tummy. But it does not stand up, immediately folds up and falls over as soon as it is touched. Does not have means to keep it upright and is not made to be a "grab" toy. Would not recommend it for any age.
My twin boys are 8 months old & they still play with this mirror! I would have given it 5 stars if it were more stable & I didn't have to keep standing it back up! It is a great toy for tummy time & I'm glad we bought this. I would recommend this toy!
I like the colors, the mirror, the spinning ball...this toy has some great features but doesn't stay up. My three month old knocks it over every time, simply by touching the mirror and then cries. Also, with no strong base or straps, you can really only use it on the floor. I think the fact that it collapses is not enough of a space-saving benefit, with such a small toy, to be worthwhile. They should add a strudy, weighted base to this toy.
I bought this toy for my 3 month old daughter. She loves looking at herself in the mirror during tummy time. But when she is laying on her back and playing with the toy she ALWAYS knocks it over with little effort. So i am constantly setting it back up for her. Its a nice toy because I know she likes the features. But it would be nicer if Fisher Price had made it so that it wouldn't fall over every time the wind blows.
I bought this toy for the mirror part for my grandaughter. It is a cute colorful toy but, It dont stay up! as soon as she touches it, it falls over. You cant even lay it down flat for her to look into the mirror cause it has the big round sun on the back which stops it from being able to lay flat. The teething toys on it has too short of a tie that she has to pull the whole toy up to her mouth and its a bit bulky for that. This is more of a hands on toy rather than a tummy toy.
