Fiskars 12" Wood Ruler, inches and Centimeters, Natural Finish, 1 Count, Straight Edge Ruler

It was very affordable and exactly one of the items that I needed off my child's school supply list

Did a online order, curb pick up.. This ruler was part of my order. When I went home, I realized that it was not in my bag. I truly cannot understand why these orders have many mishaps. I trust that they know what their doing %26 do their job well, but sadly, I'm disappointed. I know it's just a .50¢ ruler, but it was an item chosen %26 paid for, it should've been in the bag.

Inches on one side and centimeters on the other and there's a nice raised edge so if you are using the edge to make a mark it stays nice and straight. What I didn't like is that the first mark on the inch side AND on the centimeter side is NOT at the end of the ruler. Why would anyone want that?

This is a basic ruler that serves the function it is meant to and is actually sturdier than I expected. We prefer to avoid plastic items and look for wood alternatives where available. Glad that this seems to be holding up to a lot of use with ages of homeschoolers.

Since these Fiskars rulers were advertised at such a great price, I decided to purchase 12 to give our local school. I was very impressed at the quality of the rulers. They are of lightweight but solid wood. The markings are clearly labeled. One side is in centimeters and the other is in inches. One side has a very thin edge for making precise lines. There are holes in the ruler to fit 3 ring binders I highly recommend these rulers. They are at a great price
