[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connectivity is alright, where I had to reset it to disconnect and then reconnect. The battery life is good, especially if your child will be wearing it as well as if you want to wear it. The watch is made for children, but you can use it as well. Just know the wrist start is small, and I have a small wrist. Be aware that in order to use this, you have to pay for a subscription, which is one for he things I don't like that you are required to do.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are trying to hold out on getting our daughter's cell phones as long as possible. This Google Fitbit Ace LTE give us an alternative to still be in contact with them until we go the phone route. Pros: I can track location and it even tells me if the watch is being worn or not. This is super helpful so I know she didn't just take it off and leave it somewhere. She can call or text up to 20 contacts that I approve. For now we are just limiting to mom and dad. Great peace of mind that I can stay in contact, see location, and know she isn't being prey on the internet. Cons: a subscription is required to use the device. I know this is stated in description but sometimes you can still use a device without buying the subscription and just don't get certain features. This device cannot be used at all without the subscription. Not even as a watch/step counter. You have to have a gmail to be a contact. Annoying that a contact can't be setup with just a phone number or another email. Two watches can't contact each other. So my two daughters can't both have these and contact each other when they're meeting after school on the bus. Setup was a challenge and I ended up getting two subscriptions bc it wouldn't recognize the 1st when I needed to start over. I tried to setup to wear myself and get phone notifications like a regular Fitbit but that isn't an option. Overall this could be a good fit if you're aware of the limitations but there are also improvements to be made. For the price, I'm not sure this would be my first choice as there are a lot of smart watch options out there for kids.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic Fitbit for the kids. It's excellent at tracking where your child is at and easy to respond to text messages. It is comfortable and does not bother my kids wrist like some of the other watches are. It comes with a protective cover to help with durability. Battery Life could be better, but not too bad and gets you through most of the day.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the Fitbit Ace LTE is a thoughtfully designed smartwatch for kids that integrates fun and fitness while maintaining a focus on safety and privacy. However, its high price and limited battery life may be potential downsides Ace LTE comes with a color PMOLED touchscreen and a range of sensors, including an accelerometer, optical heart rate sensor, altimeter, gyroscope, and ambient light sensor. It uses Wear OS, which is a shift from Fitbit's proprietary OS in previous models, The Google Fitbit Ace LTE is a smartwatch designed specifically for children, incorporating features that encourage physical activity through gamification and ensure safety through connectivity and tracking The Ace LTE supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. However, the battery life is a notable drawback, lasting up to 16 hours, meaning it requires daily charging [oai_citation:6,Hands-on: The Fitbit Ace LTE is a complete Google launch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is awesome. The watch makes moving fun. The games at the beginning is a cool way to make the learning process for the watch much more fun. I like the plastic bezel that comes with it to make the watch more durable for the little ones who break everything. I really appreciate having tracking information for where my son is. He also loses his stuff a lot so I can track where he left it.
