Flagpole-to-Go Aluminum 15' Portable Flagpole

I became a member of the Patriot Guard Riders after they escorted my 97 year old father to his graveside service. Daddy served as a Navy Signalman during World War II. One of the members told me to purchase a quality 3x5 foot flag and get a telescoping flag pole. He sent me the link to this flag pole. He told me it was a good price and looked like it would work well for me. Most Patriot Guard Riders travel by motorcycle and their flag pole collapses to fit into their saddle bags. Since I travel by car to join the Patriot Guard Riders when the group does a Flag Line, I just put my flag in the car. It holds up well when the wind blows and it is sturdy. It is light weight and easy to use. I highly recommend this flag pole. ENJOY!

I purchased this 20' flagpole for use at the beach. It is sturdy enough although I don't extend it all the way. It is very light and collapses short enough to fit in my beach umbrella flag bag. I rate it 4 stars because of a few minor problems that are easily fixed. The rubber sleeve on the bottom came off and stayed on the hole so I applied glue to it and it should stay on just fine. Also as others have stated the flag holding clips on the top section tend to slip towards the center in a heavy wind which caused the flag to contract like an accordion. That is easily fixed by applying rubber bands to the pole to keep them from slipping. I am very happy with this purchase!

I use this at the beach each year. Multiple years running and it's great. The wind can be incredibly strong. People on the beach are always surprised it holds up to the heavy abuse. Storm winds- wow. This flagpole has held up to everything. After each beach trip I need to clean out the sand from inside but a far better performer than I could have expected. Worth the money for sure.

The overall concept was great altho I would love to see some improvements Made to the design in the future. The way the segments are meant to lock into one another needs some added strength,Perhaps the same twist locking feature found on most extendable paint roller sticks can be added to the design. Overall it's a good product with room for improvements but I'll be returning my flag pole because the segments wouldn't lock into place and would collapse into one on other I didn't even get the chance to use it at a tailgate but could already tell the headache and frustration it would case me and the item came to me scratched and damaged

We just got back from a week long trip to Sturgis, SD. We used this flagpole with the hitch flag pole mount for the truck. It's the perfect height and we could see it from really far away which made it easy to find our camper at night in the campground. There were a couple of days where the weather was super windy and we never felt like we needed to take it down, it is really sturdy. It collapses nicely and is short enough to easily store in the trailer or transport in a car truck of average size.
