I bought this chair to replace my 20 yr old computer chair, and I am so glad I did. The foot rest could come up a little more, but it's okay , I wanted something that had padding on the arm rests and this does, and the seat is so comfortable, makes you not want to get up, but I do. Buy it - you won't be disappointed !

the only complaint I have; that they should include operating instructions for the chair. It was packed nicely, easy to assemble, and is very comfortable. I believe this to be a good buy. I am very happy with this purchase.

Cushioned, comfy & perfectly sized for a smaller statured person. I specifically purchased this chair for the foot rest feature to help alleviate the pressure on my sciatic nerve. Long hours in the same position aggravate it, being able to raise my legs helps tremendously! I have not used the reclining feature but all the moving parts work smoothly & effortlessly with an easy pull of the levers. Castors move very smoothly. As far as durability I haven't had it long enough to evaluate, but, it is well made & sturdy. The arm rests are not adjustable & are low which works well for me. I do think if you are a heavier set, tall person this might not be the chair for you. I'm 5' 7" & 120 lbs. All in all I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Quality seems to be good and the foot rest feature is nice. The foot piece extends to accommodate a person around 5' 5" or so. The reclining back is nice as well. However, gave it 3 stars because it's a small chair for small to medium people. The weight limit is 250, I would say no more than 180 and the arms are low.

I've had a broken tailbone and back surgery, and can't believe I have finally found a chair that works for me. The instructions on putting it together were a little sketchy, but do-able. I totally recommend this chair, but maybe not for someone taller than 5'3".
