I love to be able to wear these small ear plugs because they drown out any background sounds when I go to sleep and they make me be able to sleep all night.

Flents Quiet Time® Soft Comfort Ear Plugs (NRR 33) (10 Pair) I love these for sleeping those long hours on my 1 day a week off with the AC on and fan blowing in my direction. They are soft and comfortable to wear unlike some of those cheaper ones. Personally, i recommend these.

These are some of the softer, smaller earplugs I've tried—my ears aren't screaming in pain by morning, which is a win. Sadly, they don't stand a chance against the wild grizzly I share a bed with. If your sleep buddy doesn't sound like they're revving a lawnmower through a megaphone at 2AM, these would probably work great!

These are absolute lifesavers when traveling, or when sleeping with loud outdoor noises. What's great is the little portable box so you can have a set of them available to you in your bag or pocket. And you can use them a few times and then toss the pair and use the next one to prevent ear infections. Super easy to use, you just press and flatten them and then insert them to your ear and they expand in your ear to block out sound.
