frustrated with so many missing parts

My daughter received this as a birthday gift and loved it!! She won't come inside not even to eat!!

Wobbles when you swing. Cheap plastic and thin metal. Plastic will probably crack if used in the winter. 8 year old sat on it and entire set sagged. OK for very very small children, but not the average 9 year old. Will be surprised if it lasts us a full year. Very disappointed. Meanwhile, a friend got a less expensive competitor set, and it is built twice as sturdy as this one. Won't buy Flexible Flyer again. Will have to set it in concrete tomorrow before kids use it again as it is already leaning crooked. Very disappointed.

We bought it for our 3 year old grandbaby. He loves it and so do my nieces and nephews. Great for backyard play.
