Do step 4 before any other step, and get ready to hammer for a long time, if you know a body builder ask them to hammer because getting the pole in the base is not easy even after watching videos on it. i have been working on it for 2hrs with no success. product in general is sturdy but there must be a better design for the base. i would recommend buying a different teeter totter brand.
