Not a good experience at all. Angi sent someone out who was unable to do the job. They then rescheduled it multiple times, canceling 2 hours before each appointment due to a lack of contractors in the area. They finally cancelled the whole job and advised Walmart would be refunding my card. I ended up contacting Walmart and was told they would not be refunding as it was Angie's responsibility. When I contacted Angi they again pointed me back to Walmart. No refund as of today and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Installer canceled first appoitment and rescheduled two days later. An hour late and I had to call him to find out if he was on way. Did a good job installing it, but didn't pop out plug to dishwasher after I asked him if he did. I had to disconnect the hose and pop it out myself. Now I have water standing in dishwasher and have to contact Whirlpool to see how to drain it. I think this is because I turned on dishwasher and opened door during cycle to see if it was draining. I then examined the disposal and found the plug still in. My installation was 5 days after purchase. which also was inconvenient as I had to close off the disposal side to have a kitchen sink al all. Fortunately I am happy with the disposal if it doesn't spring a leak.
I love my car disposal, and the guy who came was very patient with me and I'm liking the garbage disposal very much I I missed not having one it was broken but so far I like it and he was very nice that the guy who came installed it and he was going to 30 minutes, but this disposal is real nice too
Great service! My guy, Carlos, arrived on time, very efficient and got the job done. Big note, I missed up on original order and had to contact WM . The representative was able to transfer me to the correct place and we changed the location of service. All within a few minutes.
The person they sent for faucet replacement didn't even seem to be a plumber, seemed to be a handyman. Took 5 hours to replace two faucets. - Installed faucet handles backwards, who does that! Have you ever seen faucet handles installed backwards? - Threw away parts and allen wrenches - Didn't take the plastic wrapping off the drain stopper
