I live in Colorado where it's so dry, and this product with the 3 omegas are so helpful for the health of my skin and organs. I don't feel so parched when I take this product as instructed. Swanson's prices are very competitive and I pay less when I order a few items at a time.

I heard Udo speak on a health program, and although I do not understand the incredibly complex human system, this recommended product just made sense to me. Love that I can just order it online, and try to take it everyday for the needed Omega factor.

This is fantastic. I find it really helps my recovery from high mileage weeks. I drizzle it over rice, or sometimes pasta. It's a little on the expensive side for an oil... especially if you are a larger male and end up taking 2tbsp a day. I stick to 1 per day with some skipped days. Still helps a lot!
