I have only had the pillow a week but have used it several times. It is all that I had hoped for. I like being able to easily move it around on my back or shoulders to where I need it most and the massage is strong enough to be effective. I tried the heat feature a couple of times but it didn't seem to be very warm and I don't really care. I bought the pillow for the massage not the heat. As long as it continues to hold up, I am very happy with this product.

I haven't really had any problems with this product, except that if you lean back on it too hard, it kind of makes some noise as the massage balls rub against the fabric, but other than that, it's great. I thought that the heat option was not really working very well, but by the second 20 minute cycle, it starts heating up nicely. I am happy with my purchase!

I purchased this for my wife and she has nothing but good things to say about how it helps relieve her stiff neck and shoulders. I personally don't think it is very comfortable to use. The rollers are quite rough but they are effective if you have minor back pain. All in all, I would recommend this massage pad to anyone, but I would advise you not to try to lay on the pad or to put much pressure on it as it will become uncomfortable and even painful if you're not careful.

I got this for my husband for his birthday. He likes it alot. I also have used it, it works great on the neck! It really "digs" in and gets the tight muscles loosened. One drawback to it is that the heat is not noticable at all. I can't tell the difference when I have it off or on. I like that it is portable and can be used on the couch, chair, or bed. We used ours while we sit in bed and works great. I read other reviews and the full massage pads only work well on straight back chairs, so I knew they weren't for us. But we are a young couple and think it works great. I am not hesitant at all to send back an item if I am not fully satisfied but this works and will stay.

Bought product at Sams-liked product but lasted 2 months. Bought another one at walmart.com and it broke the second day. Rotating knobs that massage get caught up in the cover and wrap around and then will not work. Good massage, but defaulty design of cover.
