Follow Your Heart, Dairy - Free, Italian Blend, Shredded Cheese, 8 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mozzarella shredded cheese is now my favorite. Not only it tastes good, but I also love the texture. It's good with everything, from salad to quesadilla, works perfectly. It's totally worth a try and I totally recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a person who loves cheese, I was so frustrated when I first found out my body can't handle dairy. I've tried so many dairy-free cheeses since then and so far Follow Your Heart is my favorite! It does not have plastic-y taste and melts easily just like real mozzarella cheese. I had this with curry rice. It has a little bit of sourness and tastes similar to cheese! For me it was much better than other dairy cheese brand that I've ever tried. I love their cheddar chesse as well. <3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I open the package, the cheese felt pretty similar to regular mozzarella cheese the dish I chose to cook it with as a tortilla to make a meat quesadilla. The cheese melted very similarly to regular cheese. The part that I couldn't get past was the texture it was in the quesadilla because it almost seemed Wet creamy with a gritty texture, which I did not enjoy with a peculiar flavor I could not get past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a no for me . I understand why this product is in the market but I didn't like it . I placed regular mozzarella next to this product to show the difference of color and look compared to regular mozzarella again I know it's vegan but I thought I would show it . My wife and I tasted the product and it was very sour and had a lingering taste. I'm not vegan but I do by non dairy products on occasion and I just didn't like this one .
