While I don't generally always "feel" changes after using a supplement, I choose based on ingredients and what they are known to do. I have done a lot of research on NAD and its the star of the show, for good reason. As we age, our NAD+ levels decline, which impacts energy production, DNA repair, and cellular resilience. This formula supports the body’s natural NAD+ levels, helping restore youthful vitality at a cellular level. Then I was excited to see reservatrol (of course, this has been the red wine secret for years) and spermadine; one of the most exciting anti-aging discoveries in recent years, spermidine promotes autophagy; our body’s natural process of cleaning out damaged cells. It's like a detox for your cells, encouraging renewal and regeneration. Then other strong B vitamins and antioxidants that support brain and eye health. The benefits I have noticed so far are better performance and recovery from my physical therapy and my mind is much quicker when recalling information and I don’t wake up lagging for two hours. I take them early in the morning while fasting. I combine them with force factor shilajit and my energy and stamina have improved significantly in the past few weeks.
