Very good quality and exceeds expectations. We use it in the foyer to hide the shoes in, and sit on it while putting on shoes. We didn't have a lot of space for other storage like a chest or bench so this fit the bill perfectly. Looks like I spent a lot more than $40 on it, in my opinion.

I purchased one of these ottomans to go with a new high end leather living room set. I did not want to pay $500 for the ottoman from the furniture store. This ottoman is beautiful. The faux leather is gorgeous, and you can not tell it is faux. The color is a deep rich brown and it is very sturdy. My husband, who is 6' 9" and weighs 256 lbs sat on this for about an hour assembling a another piece of furniture. It held him well! The storage space inside is just a PLUS! The only thing that I think would change on this product is to replace the wooden legs with caster wheels. This piece is heavy and a bit of a pain to move when vacuuming the carpet, but I found if I tip it on it's leather side it will slide across the carpet with little effort. I am now going to purchase an additional one for my second chair. I also think a set of these ottomans would make great seating around a coffee table for family game night. In my opinion, this product is worth 3x the price! I can not believe I paid $39!

Great! Looks just like the picture! It works well with my other furniture. I would have preferred the brown to be a little lighter because it's the color of very dark chocolate. However, it works for what I need and the price was great! You won't find this quality for a better price any where! My family loves it! I should have bought two.

I was not expecting to like this product so much. Was looking for something to replace a large square coffee table and two of these are perfect! Ordered one and when I saw it, I had to get another. Sturdy enough for someone to sit on, has storage, perfect to set a drink on, easily moves around the room ... and my cats love 'em, too. They really look like leather, like they cost much more, really! And they look great with my real leather couch!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I shopped around quite a bit for leather ottomans - they're pretty expensive! This was the most attractive one I found under $50. And when I brought it home I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size. It was bigger than I expected and offers quite a lot of storage. We use it as an extra seat in our livingroom as well as a place to throw things when company is on its way (we're new parents so we are in a constant state of chaos).
