My husband bought this for me for Christmas after my old iced tea maker cracked and began leaking. I'm thrilled with it!! The markings to fill with water or ice are abundantly clear and precise. The material the pitcher is made of seems significantly less likely to crack;my tea has been perfect every time!! Thank you!

I have had two of these before. We dropped one, and broke it. The next one lasted several years, and we broke the pitcher. I bought a three quart one( which was all that was available in our town), but our being older, it was hard for us to handle it. Also, we had trouble with it leaking on the counter, so I went online and ordered this from you. Just like the other two we had, we are VERY satisfied with this one.

This is my 3rd Mr. Coffee Tea Maker. The previous versions made 3 qts of iced tea and only had one flaw: the pitcher, after many, many uses, would split on the seam near the spout. I do not drink sodas, so tea is my mainstay. This new version makes less tea and the brew basket takes up 1/3 of the pitcher, otherwise it is still a good iced tea maker.

I purchased the original Mr. Coffee Ice Tea Maker many years ago and it finally stopped working about a month ago. I tried to find the same on at a local store and they didn't carry it anymore. I ended up ordering this one on your website and it's ok, but the lid and brew basket are cheap plastic. It's flimsy and not as good as the original. It works fine for me.

I've had two of these for the past 15 years. The last one eventually started to leak water out of the bottom after about 10 years of atleast 3 pitchers made per week. I expect this new version to last as long if not longer. The plastics are thicker and the lip on the Brewer top "locks" in place better under the water spout and it overall seems improved. I love thing! I never comment on products but this is truly one of my most used and reliable appliances in my entire kitchen.
