Huge mistake. Going through the pain now of getting my number ported back out of Freedompop to a regular carrier. Sams Club really needs to distance themselves from this company. Simple wireless to wireless port out according the the FCC should take 1 business day max, I'm currently at 14 days (10 business days) and aggrevated with this whole situation. Everytime the company did a new update to their app either the texting, calling, or both would start having issues and once you did the update there would be a new bug in the new app ranging from only being able to call other freedompop users, to only being able to call non-freedompop users, to calls dialing out and hanging up on the party you were attempting to call when they picked up, to having to shut off wifi on the phone to get a call to dial out, to...how many to's do you want? And I was paying for the top of the line premium services. Just really bad.

Initial S4 galaxy phone arrived with significant damage issues, was not an adequately refurbished phone. A quick call to Sams club customer service rectified the situation and a replacement was sent quickly and was in excellent condition. Freedom pop is working as advertised albeit call connection with wifi can sometime be sketchy, but i can,t complaint about price. Cell connections under sprint so far have been good

Had phone two weeks and freedom pop customer service is the worst ever Seems to be located in third world country phone keeps saying locked Sim and still not resolved

Phone became hot after 3-5 minutes of usage, After another few minutes phones crackled and became distorted. Returned phone to Sam's Club. Had no problem with return.

Received a Galaxy 4 in good condition. Freedompop was easy to set up and I love the phone. I did not realize that the free minutes counted even when on wifi but other than that things were as advertised. The Freedompop website is easy to navigate and the one call I made to technical support for help porting my number went smoothly. Overall: very happy.
