Frigidaire - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Built-In Microwave - Black

Purchased this product to replace same product that was installed by the builder. First one was less than 2 years old & stopped heating. The replacement, purchased January 2022, has stopped heating. Warranty expired as today is 03/04/2023. Totally disgusted. Must now buy another replacement. I can promise that it will not be made by Frigidaire.

Microwave FFMO1611LS is installed in a cabinet with trim kit in the home we purchased 6 months ago. Since that time, we have had 3 magnetron failures, and have replaced the magnetron 3 times. I'm told that the reason is inadequate ventilation in the cabinet. Is this a common problem with this model?

We built our home 1 1/2 yrs ago. Microwave and other Frigidaire appliances were chosen by the builder of our home, the appliances aren't top of the line for the quality of kitchen we chose, microwave went out on Thanksgiving, while we were serving our guest. Thankfully we had our older microwave of more then 10 years, that got us through the holidays. The microwave isn't three years old and there aren't any children using the unit. Very disappointed in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave came with new house. Worked fine until the pitiful 1 year warranty expired. Cannot find any parts to fix, making it unrepairable. Only option is to buy a new one. How is Frigidaire even still selling this product? Now waiting for my other Frigidaire appliances to fail. Do not buy this microwave unless you are prepared to buy another very soon!

It stopped worked exactly after 4 years and when I checked the repair cost is almost the same for a new one. Since I had the trim and other fittings used for the previous one, I was compelled to buy the same model again and decided to take the same risk again. I won't recommend this Microwave oven to anybody.
