I have had this unit for about a month and am very happy with it. Works great with no problems. The lights are very white! More than bright enough over the stove! Would recommend it to anyone.

We thought we bought one similar to our old one but it doesn't have the same features. We realize that's not your fault but am disappointed it doesn't have the features we used all the time before (auto defrost, reheat).

Works great. However, installation was a problem. The attachment point on the top is a poor design. The floating nut is not secured properly. As a result, when installing the bolt, the nut dislodged, and fell into the housing, and was not accessible without removing the outer casing. I had to return the unit and get a replacement unit. I suggest that you redesign the attachment point and make it foolproof like some of your competitors.
