Frigidaire - 30" Built-In Double Electric Wall Oven - Black

This came with our newly built home. Just as we moved in we noticed the oven was off. We flipped the CB and then it came on, then 10 minutes later "error" codes and all flashed. We turned off the CB and gave it a rest...the cycle continued. The panel will be replaced in a week. So we will see what happens after the replacement. ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not had this oven long but so far I am very happy with it. This is a replacement for a 40+ year old unit so now I have the stainless finish, self cleaning, hidden bottom element, digital controls and more. Huge upgrade over the old unit with rotary knobs and analog clock/timer.

I purchased this oven as part of a full kitchen appliance refresh. it was installed just in time for major holiday so good opportunity to test it out. after reviewing the owners manual and processing all the recommended steps we did a full day prep cooking and found that the fan never shuts off its very loud and runs constantly. eight h ours of cooking and the fan ran the entire time. food was burnt on the bottom, not cooked in the middle and we followed the troubleshooting guide, moved the rack up, reduced the temp etc. The store did an even exchange and the new one was installed recently. Same issue fan runs all the time, food is cooked unevenly or burnt and this oven has defects in the glass part of each oven door. the glass is not installed fully and the insulation is falling out. the oven is pretty but thats it.

I had this oven installed around 10/13/20. 12/1/20 I went to use the top oven and it gave an error code and would not come on. Service came out and figured it was the cooling fan and part is ordered. Last night I was using the bottom oven and turned it to broil and it gave an error code and shut off. So within 2 months it has broke on me twice. More service visits means more time missing work. Who's going to pay for that? I want this junk out of my house! I have no confidence in this thing lasting 25 years like my last oven. All my appliances are Frigidaire but this will be the last one I ever purchase. Why can't they make things like they use to?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with so many others, dead on arrival with the typically F11 error. Not only did this occur 2 days before Thanksgiving (ergo RUINING my Thanksgiving dinner) but once they finally got someone out who diagnosed it as needing to replace the entire control panel. Still waiting for an alleged part being shipped. Better be fixed and not ruin Xmas Frigdaire; else you will be taking this thing back and refunding ALL of my money.
