Frigidaire - 30" Built-In Single Electric Wall Oven - Stainless steel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a basic oven, nothing fancy. After waiting 2 months for delivery it was installed by electrician. The oven doesn't have a heating element in the bottom. Not sure whether that's the norm these days. It takes quite a while for oven to warm up. The fan is loud and continues to run for some time once cooking is done. We took one of the racks out and placed the remaining one on the second level from bottom. So far, the oven temp and cooking time has been true. Although we previously had a Frigidaire oven this one will still take time to adjust to.

I had this oven installed around 10/13/20. 12/1/20 I went to use the top oven and it gave an error code and would not come on. Service came out and figured it was the cooling fan and part is ordered. Last night I was using the bottom oven and turned it to broil and it gave an error code and shut off. So within 2 months it has broke on me twice. More service visits means more time missing work. Who's going to pay for that? I want this junk out of my house! I have no confidence in this thing lasting 25 years like my last oven. All my appliances are Frigidaire but this will be the last one I ever purchase. Why can't they make things like they use to?

Our needs for an oven are basic: holiday meals, pizza, an occasional roast and even more infrequent baking. The Frigidaire oven seemed to be a nice fit to nice fit for our needs. The experience however has exceeded our expectations. Replacing the oven was easy and didn't require any cabinet modifications. The look is great as our other appliances have or are migrating to stainless steel. The controls are intuitive and access is as expected. With a month of operaation now under our belt we are pleased with the results...clean up is easier and our results are better than from the previous oven. Can't really do better than this for a basic oven replacement.

Cooks good...like the fan that cools when turned off...wish the oven racks were not so wide..some foods (specific sweet potatoes ) fall thru when cooking. Seems like it takes a while for oven to reach desired tempt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven works very good. I like the feature is has and they are easy to use. This oven cooks everything in an even manner. The only negative is it takes a little while to get to the set temperature, I think this is because the oven is heated the same temperature through the whole oven.
