Frigidaire was awesome about getting someone out to fix it and get it up and working. Super easy and simply. Companies are hard to judge when everything works - when you have an issue, that is what really tells you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 50 Pt. dehumidifier for use in my basement and have had it a month now. So far it is performing very well keeping my basement at the setting I set for it. I appreciate the completeness of the instruction book that came with it as it was easy to follow and made the set up simple for a single, retired woman alone to use. I am hoping this unit gives me good service as it's the 3rd. one I've purchased in 3 yrs. I've had terrible luck in finding one to last over a year. I am very happy with this unit thus far and am hopeful for good service from it.
