Frigidaire - Gallery 20 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless steel

This fridge is just THREE MONTHS OLD and. Repairman is coming because the freezer is icing up, bout a foot across from where the door opens , and the top. Nothing is making the door not close tightly. THREE MONTS OLD ! The fridge part is acting up also…it's 30 in the back, 38 in the front, so food freezes if at the back! I want a new fridge ! I got a lemon !

I love the simplicity of the refrigerator however they should've improve the quality of the materials. There is no cover for the top hinges when you reverse the door opening, its not a smudge proof like what they are claiming on it, material is very thin easy to get dents and it doesn't even have a proper packaging when I picked it up at THE BRICKS what I meant of that is it doesn't have a box it is only wrapped in plastic. Price is too high for this kind of quality and I bought a Frigidaire gallery.

I love the large capacity of this fridge but will never get to use it. Why? The quality control before the product was release for resale and was not there. There was a running large gap between the fridge and freezer which they tried to fix with sealant but there were still holes and glue. We paid for a damage free fridge. With one fridge out 1.5 year after purchase, I was not going to accept this defect. The store had other returns of this product due to tge very same issue so this is a known issue that Frigidaire just allowed to happen. The issues on the front door I was not happy about but I could have lived with. I have now been without a fridge for 5 days. Thank you Frigidaire for your lapse in judgemental. I emailed customer care and she could care less except to say we got your email.

This is a brand new fridge (less than 2 months old) and the compressor is very noisy, especially as it nears the end of each cycle. I bought a new fridge because my old 40-year old fridge's compressor was getting excessively noisy. Imagine my disappointment with this new fridge that's just as noisy! I will have to call for service. Otherwise, the space is well-lit and very roomy. It sticks out a bit more from the wall than my old fridge, but I guess that's how they managed to eke out 20 cubic feet instead of the normal 18 cf. My old fridge was 40 years old, so I'm enjoying the "modern" conveniences of LED lighting, the spacious dairy drawer and the glass (instead of metal rack) shelving. At this point, I cannot recommend this product until (if) Frigidaire can fix the noise.

The size fits our place in the kitchen. Seems to have quite a few cracks already in the plastic shelves. No matter how hard I try to adjust the shelves there is always one space that is very small. The freezer and fridge doors don't seem to close nicely.
