Frigidaire - High Efficiency Top Load Washer

I bought this a month ago and am not very happy. I have done approximately 10 loads of laundry and every one of them comes out so wrinkled. Clothes that cannot be out in the dryer look like I've slept in them they are so wrinkled and those that I cannot iron I just don't want to wear they look so awful with deep creases and wrinkles. I have tried several different wash settings and load sizes and not let the clothes sit in the washer once complete. Nothing works my clothes and sheets are terribly wrinkled at the end of the wash. So dissatisfied with this washer.

I just got my new washer yesterday and it is absolutely amazing. There are multiple features and the favourites option is so cool. It holds an incredible amount of laundry, easily fit in a queen sized comforter with the sheets, pillow cases and a few towels and still room to add more. I'm absolutely in love with it.

I bought this machine 3 years ago and it has leaked water ever since I bought it when washing on max fill and the repair man cant seem to figure it out. Also, it is the noisiest machine I have ever had. Not impressed!!

The washer wasn't a month old.. started leaking water.. (water level sensor was gone) Takes over an hour to do a normal load.. The clothes doesn't move around much.. not sure how this is called washing.

This machine has a clunking sound each time the pump drains water even friends and family have asked what the loud clunking or thud sound coming from our basement. . I tried to reach out to Frigidare but they have not responded. The machine does wash well and stays balanced. I will be returning the washer.
