This product works, the quality is superb - you can smell the freshness right out of the bag. I store it in a glass jar. It supports a balanced diet with fiber. Find the right balance in dosage and don't take too much. Ingredients are pure, composition is thick and does not dissolve well in water. Acquired taste!

This high quality psyllium husk works well for GF baked goods. I add it to the dry ingredients. It helps gluten-free breads have enough stickiness to rise and helps keep cookies from crumbling. We sometimes use it with ground flax. (I don't use xanthan gum at all - I believe it is bad for the gut.)

This psyllium works as you would expect and is a good price for organic. It comes in a bag so there is less waste. It's unflavored and not ground and it doesn't mix great but that's ok for me, I just stir it into water and chug it down. It is comparable to other psyllium products but at a better price. I like that it is organic and it seems fresh as well.

I haven't used this yet. I bought it at the same time I purchased several canisters of my whole psyllium husk brand of choice as a backup as I can't be without it. I use whole psyllium husk to make gluten-free bakes like tortillas, flatbreads, rolls, cinnamon buns, and waffles.

I recently purchased Frontier Co-Op's Psyllium Husk from iHerb, and I am very happy with this product. The psyllium husk is of high quality and is sourced from a reputable brand. The psyllium husk is finely ground, making it easy to mix into drinks or recipes without leaving any lumps or grittiness. It has a mild flavor, which is great as it doesn't overpower the taste of other ingredients in my recipes
