I bought this because I read that it can help a flare-up of diverticulitis. I started using it, and within one day, I was feeling much better and had so much energy! You add a few ounces to a drink like juice, and it doesn't taste bad. It tastes kind of strange all by itself but not terrible.
This was ordered as a 2-pack, but only one item was received. this was part of my test or trial to see if I wanted to start monthly delivery, but it seems to be more challenging trying to get all items paid for. Now, I have to get on the system to get the delivery or a refund; Sad.
