FIRM FOAM FIBER MATTRESS: The medical mattress is made with high performance fiber and measures 84" x 42" with a 6" depth. The cover is an easy to clean vinyl in frost green. FULL T RAILS INCLUDED: 2 pairs of t rails are included for both the head and foot of the bed.
