very good quality , I don't get the sick with other fish oil and other vitamins with this product it's amazing no after taste . I can take it even on an empty stomach and I feel like it's making a big difference in my skin texture. The primary reason why I wanted to use fish oil pills is to relieve my IBS and Psoriasis symptoms. Whether it helps my brain or other parts of my body is my secondary concern. Hence, I will update my review regarding theses aspects of my expectations off of these pills when I feel like I have used enough of these pills to pass judgment. I am using probiotics as well as the Garden of Life My Kind Organic Multivitamin for Men to relieve my IBS symptoms for a while; but once I felt better, I stopped taking them. And, now due to my new position at work, my increased stress levels induced my IBS symptoms again, and now I am coming back to my old and hopefully working supplement regimen.

Veey potent! Perhaps a bit too much, but you can use only one pill. Quality of oils is superb. Capsule (citrus) themselves have good coating and are easy to drink. I do trust this brand alot. Pereonal word of advice - order during colder months for whole year, since delivery during summer (quality) could be in danger.

This is a great product. Quality wise definitely seems top notch. Packaging is also great. It also uses the triglyceride form of the fish oil instead of the ethyl ester form which many other companies try to sell at cheaper prices but without mentioning this on their labels.

Omega 3 supplement is always in my supplements list. This Garden of Life, Dr. Formulated, Advanced Omega contains 1,290 mg EPA, DHA Plus DPA and this is one of the reasons that I brought this product. Very recommend for those looking omega 3 supplement
