this is a good quality green food. raw/juiced grasses mostly. And it tastes like grass also,,, Good stuff the body needs, but not great for the pallot. 6 oz of water and drink it fast and its acceptable for the benefit. I'd buy again. As always Swanson sells for a good price and service is spot on.

I normally read and use reviews but this is my first time as a reviewer. I love this product! Its only down-side is the taste which, to me is like alfalfa. But I love the results. I love the energy (not jittery). My diet is not very good because I'm on the go. Very few fruits and veggies make their way into my system so Perfect Food is PERFECT for me. I love this product. It could be coincidence or maybe it's Perfect Food but I've lost weight since I started taking it. Did I say I LOVE THIS PRODUCT? Thanks Swanson!

I shopped around at many locations and websites for a "superfood" mix to use in our daily smoothies. This fit the bill in every aspect. It has all the ingredients we were searching for and did not include the extras we did not want like unnecessary caffeine. The price could not be beat which sealed the deal! We order 2 canisters at a time!

For the amount of product in the supplement it is a good deal. I only which they would use more organic ingredients in it. It is great for on the go green food supplementation. I would recommend drinking it with some kind of fruit juice though, the taste is kind of harsh.

This product has just about every green nutrient your body will need, including some additional wholesome veggies. There is a coarseness to the product when placed in water or juice but the taste is extremely mild considering all the vegetables. I absolutely love this product and take it religiously every morning. I'm a customer for life.
