Frigidaire Gas Washer/Dryer High Efficiency Laundry Center

This washer and dryer is not good to control. When I chose Normal function, it couldn't stop automatically although it run over 75 mins. I have to stopped it by own. I don't want to watch it all the time. It wastes my time. And there is no indicator light for the machine. I don't know it runs or not. For the presoak function, it can't let water go in when no cloths there. I want water goes first to decide how much detergent I use. But I can't do that. The dryer is ok so far.

Previous owner bought it just before putting condo up for sale. Sometimes these units have small washer capacity. This one has huge washer capacity. The dryer is really efficient-usually only need one dryer cycle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've had this machine for a few weeks. Good news, it's fits a TON of laundry for a smallish machine. Bad news, the start buttons on washer and dryer don't always start the cycles - so I push, walk away and then come back to either unwashed or undried clothing. I have had this washer and dryer for two months and I am, in general, very pleased with its performance. I love that it is a full size washer and dryer that fits in the space provided within my apartment. My only issues with it is that, in my opinion, the wash cycles are overly long and I wish I had more control over the water level instead of the machine deciding what is best for each washing load. Less than two months old and the washer just stopped mid cycle. I can't get the top open to take out clothing. Call 800# to schedule warranty It took forever to get past the Computer Voice. After 3 attempts a human being answers to RE-VERIFY everything I told the computer. He made promises that the repair would be 8-10 am the next morning. NO....that was not true as the Local Warranty Service Company called to say 5 days before I can get a repair person. over 30 minutes to schedule repair.. My clothes are wet and I can't get them out to DRY. Not a happy person. No separate spin cycle which I used constantly on my old washer. It' is rinse & spin only.
