I don't have HVAC or heat in my home so I needed something more hydrating than water. Some nights my legs start cramping from the heat and I'm not hydrated enough because I sweat out all the water I drank. Gatorade helps considerably with rehydration and the fluids that I need.

the only reason I would recommend these is because everybody in my family loves them I'm not too fond of the guys they come with or the other additives but to each their own so once the grandkids leave and my kids leave I won't buy anymore until they come back
