Review is not on product but on Walmart's delivery. You're able to add special instructions which are completely ignored by delivery person. Original order was left by the curve somewhere on our facility instead of in the office between 8 %26 5 as specified. The replacement order was delivered to the office however the cans had busted leaving powder everywhere and unstable for consumption.

I like the glacier freeze the best. Buying the powder in the canister is the most economical way to get Gatorade. I can make a gallon for what one 20-ounce bottle costs. That's great because I provide it for the person who helps me in my yard and she drinks a lot of it. I like that I can mix it as strong or weak as I want, depending on how hot it is outside and how hard I'm working, so I usually get more than 6 gallons from one canister of powder. It's also great when I've been sick. I can mix just one glass full to help with the weakness that comes from being dehydrated after having diarrhea.

Tastes better than the premade drink. It makes a lot more cups and good for large groups. We have tried the glacier freeze and it is really good. Good for pre work out for hydration in the morning. Good to pair with your extra protein. I believe it contains zinc. Would like to try a berry flavor.

My hubby works full shifts over a hot grill in a restaurant kitchen, and he requests a full glass of iced fruit punch Gatorade every night after dinner. He says it helps him avoid headaches and muscle weakness after shifts where the temp back of house is atrocious and he's drunk 7-8 of his stainless steel water flask full and not needed to go to the restroom. Too often, his uniform is soaked with sweat and he NEEDS the electrolytes back! His boss at a previous job kept chilled Gatorade available for his cooks specifically to prevent heatstroke. Gatorade in powder form is the most economical option. It is in the most earth friendly packaging, and it mixes well with powdered lemonade for a delicious change, too! I personally can't drink any Gatorade with artificial coloring or added citric acid. Red in particular hits me hard with a headache.

Love the Frost Gatorade flavor!..... they could go w/o the Blue Die though... but not a Deal breaker. the Last two "Tubs" Purchased had 1/3 at the Bottom Turn Solid (noticed@ 1st opening of fresh seal)...... hard to mix a Solid Chunk of "powdered Gatorade"smh Great for Minor Cramping ......
