It's not reliable. Things are not working. Smart program has a mind of its own. Rotisserie holder is plastic and breaks easily. Basket is very hard to clean. Trays are non stick which is awesome. Wish the basket was non stick. The only thing I really like is that I can dehydrate and air fry. If all of the kinks are worked out then it would be a great little appliance.

Not sure what is going on with the vortex plus... this is my 2nd one and no matter what there is steam coming from around the door. I love the I stand pot brand, I own 4 instant pots and the blender in addition to the air fryer... they are great but I'm not sure if but another air fryer sadly

These things need recalled! So many issues. Time changes on own, lights shut on and off, the temp changes on own and goes from celcius to fairenheit. On my 3rd one!

This is one of the best air fryer and it has so many functions to replace your rotisserie oven, toaster oven, convection oven, dehydrate machine, ..........., . It may not be the most high end one but can do everything for you just like the most expensive ones. I looked at reviews and had some concerns but I found they are mostly user errors. - Plastic rotisserie parts broken I didn't have the problem. They are made of heat resistance plastics so they won't melt. Some heat resistance plastic can stand for 500+ degree C. - Burning plastic smell. I didn't smell any burning plastic. They pack the rolling cage with forms inside the air fryer. There may have form residue left in the air fryer, if you don't remove them, you will smell plastic burning. - The capacity is too small Most air fryers are under 7 qt while this is a 10 qt air fryer. There are some very expensive higher capacity air fryers. This is a high capacity air fryer but if you are looking for something bigger, you should look at different budget. - Instruction not clear The instruction is clear enough for me to operate the air fryer and other functions. In fact the design is very intuitive, I figured out immediately how to use it just looked at the control panel. Instant Pot web site, Internet and YouTube have many air fryer recipes and they all work with most air fryers. The end result of air frying is impressive. The rolling cage works well. You can use the dehydrate function to make dried fruit and meat jerky. They're just too many things you can do. The only limit is your creativity.

I use it daily. Everything from toast and eggs each morning to roasting vegetables and baking potatoes to reheating food to melting chocolate and toasting walnuts when baking. I rarely use my regular oven anymore. This is so much faster and easier as well as more energy efficient
