2nd one I've had first one broke in the first year and was warrantied but took 6 months of fighting with GE to get it fixed 2nd one lasted 1 1/2 years before it crapped out. Unreal.
It has worked fairly well. But over the last two week,ms, two random screws have fallen out of the door and I can't figure out where to put them back in. Also, the display light mildly flicker.
We have order several of these for our property. They are beautiful and residents seem to love the look, power, and ease of use. We will continue to order this make and model for all of units when the need arises.
Sadly, we have issue with our relatively new microwave, only 3 years old and having control board issues?
Love that this smart microwave connects to the GE a profile stove/oven to automatically sense when the fan needs to be turned on!
