GE - 18.6 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Stainless steel

It's great and fits through our small doorways in our 200 year old house.

For being GE's "designer" brand, this refrigerator feels incredibly cheap and flimsy. The water dispenser is awkward to use and requires significant pressure to operate. The freezer slides are made from cheap plastic, they squeal when opened and the drawer almost never seals correctly. It looks nice but that's about it. I would not recommend.

I've had so many problems with this refrigerator! Have had it worked on three times. Now waiting on the computer board. This refrigerator is only three years old. Had extended warranty but it just expired

The fridge is stunning in the overall look. The interior components feel flimsy. The drawers in the fridge and freezer are very wobbly and not very stable. The fridge and freezer both get things cold right away. Overall it is a very quiet fridge but there is a high pitched dim noise that is constant....almost like a cricket chirping.

We've had this refrigerator for 16-17 months and love it...except that last week one of the interior lights started flickering. That's a short lifespan for an LED light! And of course it happened shortly after warranty ended. If GE offers instructions for replacing lights, I couldn't find them. Fortunately there are lots of videos demonstrating how to replace them. If parts have such a short life span, GE should supply a few additional with the new refrigerator.
