GE - 23.0 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with External Ice & Water Dispenser - Fingerprint resistant slate

Well had the fridge shy of two years and guess what ... It completely died...... Seriously y'all are terrible unless the outfit that sold it to me sold under new but probably was refurbished at brand new price!!!!

We are retired older people and have owned a lot of refrigerators but the way the shelves are arranged makes it very easy to use. We love the ice and water in the door. We feel very happy with our purchase.

The refrigerator currently has a noticeable vibration sound. I have tried to contact your GE service warranty department via web site and phone but no one has responded. Very frustrating!

Due to the fact that we consider General Electric such a long-time excellent name brand, we decided to get our second GE fridge. The exterior stainless steel finish appears easier to clean and stay “fingerprintless” than other brand names, the Open Door Alarm is a useful feature, so far, the ice maker seems to be working well (although it DID push the freezer door open at one point [??]), and once we figured out the digital temperature controls, the interiors appear to be responding accordingly. One very important benefit is its size. So many of the new refrigerators are HUGE, and would not fit into mid-century homes. We're hoping this purchase proves a wise investment by continuing to serve our needs efficiently.

I wish it came with the tubing to connect it to the existing water line. Other than that, it's been working great and it's plenty of space for all my food and drinks. I also like the night light where the water and ice comes out.
