We have had it since 2018, and the fan has failed twice in seven years now.

This refrigerator has been great. I am not happy with the ice maker as it is noisy during replacement of the used ice. But other that has been great

This refrigerator is three years old It's garbage. It keeps freezing Had 3 diagnoses of same problem The evaporator fan was replaced amd then the heater I need to empty it every time and let it defrost Third time in 3 and a half months Considering legal action

Delivered the first one and it wouldn't cool. The store replaced with a second one. That should have been my first clue. I've had for almost 5 years and have had nothing but trouble. The ice doesnt dispense properly, it freezes and thaws then clogs up. The refrigerator temp goes from freezing the veggies to not cold enough to be safe. I keep a thermometer inside to constantly monitor. The items in the freezer are always frosty. Ice builds up onthe bottom of the freezer drawer and needs to be broken off regularly or the door won't close. Now the lights are flickering. Support for this product is non existent. The basic garage fridge (different brand), that cost 75% less, does a much better job of keeping my food safe.

I wanted to love this refrigerator but so far it has been a total nightmare not only getting it installed but now finding out that apparently no one put Freon in it at the factory trying to get GE service to come out and take care of a brand new refrigerator has been A complete nightmare this will be the last GE product I will ever purchase I understand mistakes are made but not when trying to follow up with a customer this is just plain laziness GE service is just an embarrassment sad to see such a great company for so low
