So far it's been fantastic. This is our first front loader and there has definitely Been a difference in cleanliness and how much dryer the clothes are after the spin cycles. Not needing an agitator because of how front loaders work is great for capacity and large bedding. This has reduced our drying time in almost half. Very happy so far.

This is a horrible product. After just 18 months its almost entirely stopped working. You unfortunately only offer only a 1 year warranty that just doesn't cover this poorly constructed appliance. I couldn't be more disappointed in this washing machine, and it's just super unfortunate that a company of this magnitude puts a product like this on the market.

This washer did not last long. I know I bought it not that long ago. But more than 2 years old. It last 5 mins then says End and unlocks the door. Doesn't finish washing nor drains the water from the unfinished cycle. Have no clue what's wrong with it.

I like this washer, it does a nice job BUT it is leaking after just over 2 years of use. Of course, out of warranty and I am on my own. They should be built well enough to last more than just 2 years. I take really good care of my washing machine and only use powdered detergent, I clean the filters, never use softener and let the machine dry with the door ajar. It really should last me much longer without needing repair.

We got this washer as a replacement to our Samsung that we love but was old. Nice size and features that not necessarily live to the name. The microbab … not sure of it works, after 2 months of use the blue is stained by a dark mark.. is just two of us at home and never had the issue with any of the washers.. however, the most concerning aspect is that there seems to be a vacuum effect? No sure how to explain it but every time I run the washer the pipes hammer.. again, never an issue until this thing was installed. I am extremely worried something may happen to the pipes, it seems like a bomb while I run the machine .
