I haven't had it for very long so my review could change but so far have really liked the washer and dryer and the features on it. Really like the "smart dispense" option so don't have to worry about adding detergent every load. So far everything seems to be working as it should.

I love my new washer. It is much more quieter , and uses less water. I am still learning all of the different features; that will come in time. However; I am not used to the AI features of this machine. It scared me the first time that the automatic venting feature activated. Overall, this is a great product.

Bought this GE washer and a GE dryer to replace the old ones before they broke. After 6 months the washer won't start and powers off shortly after attempting to start it. I have to wait 2 weeks just get a service person to come. I would not expect to have problems withing the first 6 months of ownership, especially when I've never had any problem like this with any washer in my 25 years as a homeowner. Now I'm stuck with a washer that doesn't work, the very problem I was trying to avoid! Perhaps I should've just kept the old washer and dryer. They at least worked.

This is my second GE washer that I own. The first one only lasted me about 4 years, but I found out that they no longer make that one and this is the one that they made to replace it. I absolutely love this washer. Even when I had to buy a new one, I would look at no other one besides my GE washer. It has so many great features and the fact that it vents itself and has microbial seals and hose are such a huge feature. But it has so many awesome features that other washers don't have. I just love my GE washer and all my other GE appliances.

Cleans well, but a little noisier than I expected. I'm glad I have a door on my first floor laundry room. I now keep if shut whenever I'm doing laundry as not to be disturbed by the extra noise. I do like the extra feature with Bluetooth that tells me when a wash cycle has been completed. I also like the large capacity of the washer that allows be to do large bulky items and the ease to operate.
