[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: 1: Very stylish I like the look of it. 2: It has automatic heat and cool mode, for those days when you need heat of a morning and air condition of a evening. 3: The thermostat install was easy per the wiring instructions in the manual. 4: The response between the app and the thermostat was very fast. 5: Google Home found the device and worked with it. 6: Came with a dongle in case you only had 4 wire install, no "C" wire, did not need it, but was nice that it was there if needed. Cons: The app install was not good at all. I would give the thermostat 5 stars, but the app only 2 stars. The app asks which wires you old thermostat has, it would tell us caution the wiring is not correct, but per their web page all is good. So continue the app and then it shows which wires to connect to the thermostat, which was what we had. Then it gets to the place for it to detect the new thermostat and it cannot find it. The instructions say to connect the thermostat and have it off and the Bluetooth symbol will show up, which it did for 1 second, but the app would never find it, tried it multiple times. It also said if the symbol did not show up to hold the menu button for 10 seconds, which did nothing. Finally after the 30 minute time for installation had expired, holding the menu button did get it into setup mode. The Bluetooth symbol stayed on the screen and then it connected to the app fine, and all was good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Smart Thermostat was fairly easy to swap out.There was a site to check compabilty with your unit.It adjusts tempert to save money on power bill and helps environment saving power.It will come in real handy when traveling.We will be able to adjust heat for pipes so they don't freeze,we used to have to bother neighbors to change thermostat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until now i had been using the older standard style thermostat. I didn't know what i was missing i got this digitized one. It provides more info and is more up to date the design is sleek and black and it goes with the rest of my tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are sick of the old fashioned thermostats this smart thermostat is for you! It is completely electronic and works wonderfully. The ease of changing the temperature in a quick swipe. Would reccomend this product to anyone
