GE - Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with 3rd Rack, Dry Boost, 50 dBa - Slate

Look great, has good space, and does a good job. Not as quiet as the Profile model we replaced. Wash time is longer and it sometime leave suds and requires another rinse even though we are using recommend product. Installation was not smooth and could be better, but that's not the unit fault. I like to control panel and display which are easy to read.

Dishwasher does not clean greasy residue after hand rinsing. Also the dry boost is a joke, my dishes are wet after the dry cycle ends. Has a repair man come out and he said that the energy efficiency prevents the dishwasher water and heating element from getting hot enough to clean or dry…

I had my other dishwasher for 7 years and it died, This replacement is not of the quality of the old one, it seems to be made a lot cheaper material, the 3rd rack has too large of hole and it is just holes where items can slip all around where the older one had ridges to hold and the holes were a lot smaller, bottom line I am not very pleased with my purchase

Not a fan so far, have had it 3 months. Doesn't clean well, bottle jets are useless. Have experiences like many other user reviews I've seen with the soap not dispensing and standing water in the bottom, heated dry does not work. And the cycles take 5.5 hours with the rinse cycle only still being over an hour.

It does the dishes so that's why I gave 3 stars, but compared to our Whirlpool it is a huge downgrade. The material feels very flimsy and cheap. The insulation to quiet the sound might as well not be there. We bought online and would have never bought this if we saw it in the store. Also one of the wheels on the rack broke within a week.
