GE WMR04GAZWW Refrigerator/Freezer

Walmart did their job. Quicker than expected delivery and great communication. However, the box was UNDAMAGED but the refrigerator had 2 dents on the right side. There would have been no way for Walmart to know this so I put the blame squarly on GE. Otherwise it works fine and is doing what we wanted it to do. I would purchase again in the same manner but would open the box at Walmart to inspect before brining it home.

This frig came with free shipping. That was great. The dent on the door doesn't bother me that much because it is for my garage. However it was missing a leveling leg. I contacted GE by phone and they sent one free of charge. So I am satisfied. The frig works great for beverages. It keeps a constant 40 degrees. It is not too loud. It is energy star rated, so it shouldn't cost too much to run. The freezer section is so small, it is about worthless. But it is a good little beer frig.

RIGHT NOW, AFTER TWO WEEKS THIS SMALL 4.5 G.E. REFRIGERATOR IS NOT STAYING COLD ENOUGH. THE TEMP. KEEPS GOING UP TO 60 DEGREES INSTEAD OF 40 DEGREES WHICH WE HAVE A THERMOMETER IN THERE AND ARE KEEPING IT ON THE SUGGESTED NUMBER ON THE DIAL. WE ARE THINKING OF RETURNING IT IF THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES.

We wanted a small fridge for our basement that wasn't too expensive and would work well. I shopped around on a lot of sites and think the price and quality of this fridge is the best. I also really liked the energy star rating. It was easy to install and works fine. The only thing I wish is that it didn't have a freezer. It's so small and just seems to waste space in the fridge. Otherwise we've been very happy this product and would recommend it.

The refrigerator is large enough to put extra food dishes in as you prepare for large meals and parties. It's attractive and the energy costs to operate are low.
