I have used this Item for about 7 months now and I love it. I have owned several irons in the last 10 years and all never heated up enough to get the wrinkles out, or they leaked. I always had problems with even the most expensive...getting hot enough to do anything with. I bought this as a last ditch to have an iron and it has been awesome! It has the shutoff which I like and the temp. gets hot enough that I don't have to go over and over the garment . Awesome product for the price.
The finishing is very bad. The model is not good. Dont ever buy
