Make 8 Gorditas in 3 easy steps! 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4) plus 1 tbsp margarine or butter. (Cut chicken into thins strips and melt margarine in skillet before cooking) or 1 lb lean ground beef & 1/2 cup water. 1. Cook filling - Cook meat thoroughly in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Cook uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed. 2. Warm Tortillas - Microwave: Place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover tightly with microwavable plastic wrap. Microwave on High 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes or until warm. Oven: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Wrap stack of tortillas in foil.
