I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and satisfying Brilliant Brew was to drink. As someone who loves the taste and energy boost that coffee provides, I was hesitant to try a replacement. However, this mushroom based alternative completely exceeded my expectations.

This has been a game changer for me, for my weight training and sparring, but as with any supplement you need to understand what you're getting and how it might help you. I initially ran into Genius Pre because I started working out in the evenings, which I'd never done in 25 years (I was always a morning or midday lifter). I needed something to power through my evening workouts, but without caffeine in it which would mess with my sleep. For me, when taking Genius pre I get a noticeably much better pump and I clearly get some extra stamina to power through an hour of hard strength training followed by 30 minutes of MMA sparring or cardio. When I don't take Genius Pre, I see the opposite effects... less blood flow and less stamina in the later stages of the workout session. I know it 'supplements' the rest of my routine, which is already locked down, and it increases my results. What I do not get is some raging influx of energy out of nowhere that all of the sudden makes me want to lift a car over my head, or that makes me want to work out if I don't feel like it. My caffeine intake and diet energy need to be on point in the hours leading up to when I take this (15-30 before working out) and then hit the gym. For those saying they feel weird and tingly, that's the normal nitric oxide vasodilation feeling you should be getting, which is your cue to start working out ASAP. This stuff hits me reliably between 15-25 mins after drinking it and I need to be ready to workout then. Some of these reviews crack me up - don't take something like this and just sit on the couch looking for more energy out of thin air. If I took this while sitting at my desk working I'd probably explode or pass out. You don't take a vasodilator to increase blood flow to everywhere in your body and subsequently drop your blood pressure in anticipation of hard physical work and then sit on your butt studying. It's a pre workout, not a cure for low sleep, over caffeination, and/or poor nutrition. Also love the Sour Cherry flavor, its the best tasting of the 4 flavors.

This product is a nice clean Pre-workout. I used the Blue Raspberry flavor before but love this new sour cherry, it's my favorite flavor. The Beta-Alanine does have a little kick, but nothing that makes me uncomfortable. Can't wait to order this flavor again. I usually work out in the evening where I need to sleep later on at night. This one is by far the best that fits me for my schedule. I feel great afterwards no crash or jitter when I do and I get great endurance for this. Most preworkout overload their product with caffeine to the point where I just can't deal with and get jitters. This is a must get if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Best pre workout I've ever taken (and I've tried pretty much all of them at this price range). Totally changed the game. This was my first Genius product. I've tried a few more after this and they're all great! My favourite new nootropics company, excited to try all their other products especially Genius Mushrooms which I've heard is the gold standard for brain supps.

Great pre-workout! Good clean ingredients and will always be the only go to I have for taking before I workout. Big fan that there is no caffeine and I can still feel the same effects as a previous pre workout I used to take. Have always been a big fan of the Sour Apple flavor and this is great to mix it up.
