This is our second George Foreman grill. The initial one was identical, except the temperature gauge on this newer model no longer exists. I have used our former grill so much that we eventually had to get this new one. There is nothing wrong with the first one; it is just your everyday wear and tear. Firstly, this indoor/outdoor grill has a fat-draining feature. Everything I cook is healthy and delicious, and cooking time is a breeze, especially when pressed for time.

I'm disappointed of this product the George Forman 15 servings grill it came in damaged and I try to contact customer service and it sucks I couldn't get through because of “technical difficulties “ kept dropping my conversation. I was trying to see if the seller can send me a new lid and wall socket adapter as it came in damaged but difficult to communicate with seller very disappointing
