Never would read right and could not adjust it with temperature changes. Don't bother.............Go with a Digital.......or try to find the old fashion mercury basal therms.

easy to read, and easy to use. seems fairly accurate. hard to shake down. i have not been able to shake it back down. i guess i will try the sock method (put in long sock and whirl fast). nice sturdy case.

I bought 3 glass thermometers. They are well priced & have certain advantages over digital thermometers. Glass thermometers can break, but they aren't effected by battery failure or water damage.
