They thought it was a squeezie at first, which they love, and so I think that made them more comfortable with the product overall and how to use it. When I told them it was water, they thought it was so cool! I allowed them to split it and they both did great with using it (5 and almost 3 year old). Overall I would recommend to a friend and buy again!

Overall taste is good a little different to drink in the package it comes in. Would worry about leaking if pushed on to much when closed.

It's fun to know that you can give your kid something like this that they consider to be a treat - but that's also not loaded with sugar and junk.
